Practice Manager
As the Practice Manager I look after a wide range of operational areas including HR, marketing, client communication, and facilities management.
My HR responsibilities include recruitment, on-boarding, resourcing and staff wellbeing. I have an in-depth knowledge of our teams across all levels, and am highly experienced in our workflow processes and systems.
I first joined Glaister Keegan in 2007 in a support role, and following one year abroad I returned part-time while I completed my studies and worked in a number of support roles in different teams across the firm. Upon completion of my studies in 2016 I returned to Glaister Keegan full time in a position supporting the management team.
This background has provided me with a unique vantage point around staff and client needs. I work collaboratively, and pride myself on being highly effective and approachable.
