I am a solicitor in Glaister Keegan’s Corporate and Commercial team.

Prior to joining Glaister Keegan, I worked in a mid-sized Auckland law firm advising on company, commercial and employment law matters before spending some time living abroad.

I advise on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, limited partnerships, financial services, asset financing, commercial property transactions and subdivisions. Commercial transactions are often complex, involving multiple moving parts. My approach is to provide clients with clear, easy to follow advice in an efficient manner.

I obtained my Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) from the University of Otago. I also completed a semester on university exchange at the University of Amsterdam.
