Paul Kim
Senior Associate | Litigation
LLB, BA
With more than 9 years’ experience in practice as a litigator, I have helped clients successfully resolve a broad range of issues across various court levels and tribunals. My particular areas of expertise are disputes involving commercial and property related matters.
I am committed to delivering results which often comes through a negotiated settlement outside of court. Where litigation becomes necessary, I will guide you through the process, anticipate the risks that may arise, and diligently advance your interests. Clients value my solution-driven approach and ability to provide commercially pragmatic advice.
I completed my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees at Victoria University of Wellington. After being admitted to the bar in 2012, I worked as a legal advisor in the public sector. I then practised as a litigation solicitor at a mid-sized law firm in Auckland before joining Glaister Keegan in 2019.
