Stephanie Clayden
Legal Executive
I’m a Legal Executive specialising in commercial property. I started at Keegan Alexander (now Glaister Keegan) in 1997 as an office assistant, but was quickly promoted to Junior Secretary, working with a conveyancing partner and legal executive. That early experience laid the foundation for the career I’ve built today. In 2008, I completed my New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies, which allowed me to step into a Legal Executive role. Since then, I’ve developed deep expertise in commercial property transactions, particularly in high-density residential developments. I’ve built strong working relationships with a significant developer client, one of Auckland’s largest apartment developers, who I continue to assist with day-to-day legal matters, project development, and settlement processes.
I take pride in being approachable, detail-focused, and reliable—qualities that my clients and colleagues value. Providing the best possible service to my clients is at the heart of everything I do. I understand that property transactions can be complex and time-sensitive, so I work hard to ensure that every detail is handled efficiently and accurately.
