Zak works closely with surveyors, engineers, planners, and Land Information New Zealand to resolve complex subdivision and title issues and deliver practical outcomes for developments of all sizes. His previous experience as a town planner provides him with a unique understanding of the development process, enabling him to identify potential issues early and provide commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of a project.
